Addie and Easton

Today marked the last official day of Addie's time with Tiffany aka "nanny" and Easton. She surprised us with a CD of some amazing photos of the kids from the last 4 months. What a gift...we will cherish these photos forever! Turns out that Tiffany is not only a fabulous nanny, but also an amazing photographer. We struggle to get a decent photo of Addie because she wants to play with the camera, so these photos are a real treat. We couldn't have asked for a better nanny for the kids. She treated them with love and kindness and showered them with kisses. Both Addie and Easton took right to her and enjoyed the time they spent with her. We will miss you Tiffany, but we wish you all the best in the future!!

Cole and Matt

This past weekend, my cousin Cole and his buddy Matt came out for a visit. They were our first visitors since we remodeled the downstairs to include a proper "guest room" so we were excited to put it to use before we move to OR. They showed up on Thursday night with all the food to make chicken enchiladas....and they even prepared them for us! What a treat! The boys showed themselves around Missoula on Friday while we were at work. They managed to get sucked in by Hooters for some beer and wings! On Saturday, we all attended the Brew Fest downtown for the afternoon and in to the night. Addie had a great time dancing to the live music while the boys enjoyed the fresh brews. The evening got the best of them, but at least they have great stories from their time in Missoula. Their trip ended with a float down the Bitteroot River and luckily they all caught some fish. It was so wonderful to spend time with Cole and Matt. We hope they come visit us at our new house in Bend. Thanks for coming to visit.

Addie's Best Buds

Addie loves our neighbors, Kennedy and Kooper. As soon as we leave our front door, she heads right to their house to play with them. They treat her like their little sister; giving her lots of hugs and kisses and including her in all the fun and games. We are going to miss them so much!

Addie's new vocabulary

In the last few weeks, we have noticed a huge jump in Addie's vocabulary. It seems like she learns a new word daily. Some of her latest are: backpack, shoes, Addie, please, thank you, okay, books, popsicle, and butt paste! About the butt paste- we use Bordeaux's Butt Paste and we must say that word enough because one day she just said "butt paste"!

I got Addie a mini Jansport backpack and she loves to carry it around. She looks for any opportunity to help out around the house- especially with the laundry. All in all, her most favorite place to be is outside!! Yeah for summer almost being here!
